Your Order
Every part of your oven is made in our factory in the Niagara Region. Orders and materials are processed here and packaged for shipping.
Complete printed instructions and all materials are included the assembly kit.
Delivery
Due to the weight of the oven, ovens are shipped un-assembled, carefully packaged on a pallet.
Individual pieces can be carried or hand trucked to the desired location. Assembly take approximately 2-4 hours and is most easily accomplished with 2 adults.
The heaviest item is the back plate and weighs approximately 80 lbs
